Scope and Contents
Eighty-three items ranging in date from 1500 to 1800 collected for Wilson’s projected “The Bibliographical and Retrospective Miscellany.” Material includes manuscript and printed items. Sample titles include a manuscript on calendar reform dated 1732, a manuscript list of Lee Priory Press books written about 1820, and “Bulla super Impressione Librorum” (1515). Many of the items are bibliographies or lists.
